Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Hardener to join our team. The Production Hardener will be responsible for the production and application of hardening agents in our manufacturing processes. A strong understanding of hardening techniques and quality control is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and mix coating formulations according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain hardening equipment, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
  • Conduct routine testing on coating samples to validate quality and functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
  • Assist in inventory management and requisition of necessary materials.
  • Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
  • Document production activities thoroughly for compliance.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Adapt to changing production needs as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Manufacturing Technology, or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within coating or paint production
