Job Description

We are looking for an adept Legal Advisor to support our team in Wollongong. You'll be responsible for providing expert legal guidance and ensuring compliance across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Australian laws and regulations, with a focus on corporate law.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the legal implications of proposed business decisions.
• Research legal precedents and statutory regulations.
• Ensure that all legal practices comply with Australian law.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
