Job Description

We are on the lookout for reliable and hardworking Helpers/Production Workers to join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will assist in various production tasks to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic production equipment and assist in more complex machinery.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Ensure product quality and address any defects during the production cycle.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols diligently.
• Maintain accurate records of production outputs and any discrepancies.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials and products as required.
• Conduct routine checks and minor repairs on production machines.
• Support other departments as needed during peak production times.
• Engage in problem-solving discussions to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Manufacturing or related field preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

• Inventory management

Certifications

• First Aid Certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent
