As a vital member of our waste management operations, the Production Worker will engage in the collection, sorting, and processing of waste materials. You will be tasked with the operation of necessary equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all activities meet regulatory requirements to protect our environment. Responsibilities

• Safely collect various types of waste using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards in the workplace.
• Maintain cleanliness in the workplace to ensure a safe environment.
• Operate recycling machinery and processes where required.
• Regularly communicate with supervisors regarding workload and challenges.
• Contribute to team efforts to achieve sustainability targets.
• Assist in emergency response activities if required.
• Follow all company protocols related to hazardous materials.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Waste Management or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in waste handling or a related field.
