• Perform on-site assessments of waste management practices.
• Monitor compliance with hazardous material handling and disposal regulations.
• Assist in the development of compliance strategies for businesses.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for clients on environmental compliance.
• Work closely with environmental specialists to ensure effective implementation of environmental policies.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure remediation of identified issues.
• Engage with community stakeholders to promote environmental awareness and sustainability.
• Support the Environmental Compliance Manager in strategic planning and risk assessments.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred
• Knowledge of RCRA regulations and hazardous waste management practices In-depth understanding of hazardous waste regulations and compliance standards.
• Analytical Skills Strong ability to analyze data and identify compliance trends.
• GIS Experience Experience with Geographic Information Systems for environmental assessments.
• Report Writing Proficient in preparing detailed inspection reports and compliance documentation.
• Communication Exceptional skills in conveying compliance information effectively.
• Problem-solving Adept at identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
• Interpersonal Skills Strong abilities in building relationships and working collaboratively.
• Certification in Hazardous Waste Management
• Environmental Compliance Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Knowledge of sustainability practices: Understanding of and experience with sustainable waste management techniques.
• Familiarity with Environmental Impact Assessments: Experience conducting or reviewing EIAs is a plus.
