Job Description

As an Injection Molding Machine Tender, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components. Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are essential for this role, along with a commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up injection molding machines for production runs, ensuring correct parameters.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety standards.
• Engage in preventive maintenance practices to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to improve processes and product quality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training or certification in injection molding is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience of at least 2 years in operating and maintaining injection molding machines.
