Our company is currently seeking a skilled weaver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality fabric products using weaving machines. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings based on fabric type and production needs.
• Trained in quality control procedures to minimize defects.
• Support the setup of new production runs and assist in material selection.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Stay updated on industry trends in textiles and weaving technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Certifications in textile technology is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on weaving experience.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Weaving Techniques
• Machine Maintenance Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CAD design tools for textiles.: Ability to use design software to assist with textile pattern design.
• Machine maintenance and repair experience.: Knowledge in troubleshooting and maintaining weaving machinery.
