Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Tax Consultant to join our team in Coffs Harbour. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of tax regulations and provide expert advice to clients on their tax obligations and opportunities. This role involves working closely with individuals and businesses to develop effective tax strategies that minimise liabilities while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review and file tax returns promptly to meet deadlines.
• Provide clients with insights on tax implications of various business transactions.
• Collaborate with other consultants for comprehensive client service.
• Prepare tax documentation and present findings to clients.
• Assist in identifying potential clients for our services.
• Maintain records of client interactions and ensure confidentiality.
• Deliver presentations on tax planning and compliance topics to clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years' experience in tax consultancy or related roles

• Tax Strategy Development

Languages
