In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our retail environment, actively monitoring for theft and suspicious activities while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of surveillance systems and identify suspicious behaviours.
• Engage with customers regarding security-related inquiries and concerns.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement security measures.
• Conduct thorough inspections of stockrooms and cash handling areas.
• Assist in the development of new loss prevention technologies and protocols.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss current security issues.
• Document and maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.
• Provide recommendations for improvement to enhance security measures.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in loss prevention or security-related roles
