Responsibilities

• Tear cloth into required sizes to fulfill orders.
• Conduct quality inspections of torn materials.
• Follow all safety regulations and protocols while working.
• Ensure workspace is organized and free of hazards.
• Meet daily production quotas as set by management.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss workflow improvements.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Support new employees with onboarding and training.
• Document production logs and report discrepancies.
