Job Description

As a Narrow Fabric Calenderer, you will operate and maintain machinery to produce high-quality narrow fabrics. This role demands a keen eye for detail and an understanding of various fabric properties and finishing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate calendering machinery for various fabric types.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure machinery is functioning properly.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure products meet specifications.
• Document all maintenance performed on machinery.
• Train new employees on machine operation and safety standards.
• Assist in fabric development processes to enhance production capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade certificate in textile or engineering preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in narrow fabric production or manufacturing
