We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our Midland team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timelines and budgetary constraints are met. In this role, you will work closely with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals and lead teams to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute project timelines and milestones.
• Facilitate effective teamwork among project members and stakeholders.
• Track project expenditures and manage budget allocations.
• Lead project meetings and ensure communication and updates are clear and effective.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and support junior team members and project staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Project Management or similar is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Risk Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Decision Making

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Exposure to change management principles: Understanding of how to manage change effectively in projects.
