Job Description

We are seeking a Macaroni Maker to produce exceptional macaroni dishes using specialized equipment and techniques. A keen eye for detail and a passion for culinary arts are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in training new kitchen staff on equipment use and safety practices.
  • Identify and resolve any production issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
  • Test and sample finished products to ensure consistent quality.
  • Support inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical training in food production is a plus
  • Previous experience in an Italian cuisine setting is advantageous

  • Experience with pasta-making equipment and techniques is preferred.
