We are seeking a Macaroni Maker to produce exceptional macaroni dishes using specialized equipment and techniques. A keen eye for detail and a passion for culinary arts are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Assist in training new kitchen staff on equipment use and safety practices.
Identify and resolve any production issues quickly and efficiently.
Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Test and sample finished products to ensure consistent quality.
Support inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
Requirements
Education
Technical training in food production is a plus
Previous experience in an Italian cuisine setting is advantageous
