We're on the lookout for a highly skilled Particle Board Supervisor to take charge of our production facility. The successful candidate will hold extensive expertise in particle board manufacturing, and will be an essential leader for our production team, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. Your role will encompass overseeing operations, coordinating safety practices, and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team in the particle board facility.
• Implement continuous improvement methods to enhance production efficiency.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety policies.
• Conduct training sessions for new staff regarding safety protocols.
• Collaborate with logistics for the timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare documentation for production processes and results.
• Monitor team performance and recognize achievements.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Manufacturing Management (preferred)

Experience

• 5+ years in wood manufacturing, with supervisory experience.
