Job Description

As a Lime Kiln Worker at Quality Lime Co., you will be integral to the production of premium lime products. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain lime kilns, ensuring efficient production and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Skillfully operate kilns while following safety and operational protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and monitor kiln temperatures and pressures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize production processes.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist in implementing process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Document production metrics and report any discrepancies immediately.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions regularly.
• Assist in the training of new team members on kiln operation and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in industrial processing preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment preferred
