Job Description

As a Sensitized Paper Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our sensitized paper products. Your primary responsibility will involve conducting comprehensive quality control analyses to verify that products meet the stringent quality standards set by the industry. This job requires a keen eye for detail, as well as proficiency in using various testing methodologies to assess product characteristics like color and sensitivity. Collaboration with production teams to identify issues and enhance product quality will also be key in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct testing procedures on sensitized paper products to ensure alignment with quality benchmarks.
  • Record and analyse results to identify any performance anomalies.
  • Mentor new team members on testing protocols and quality assurance practices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to verify the quality of incoming materials.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of testing techniques and processes.
  • Prepare detailed reports for management on quality insights and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Chemistry or Material Science is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in quality control or related areas
