Join our team as a Stacker where you will be responsible for stacking, measuring, and organizing products within our Melbourne warehouse. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining an orderly inventory and exhibit a keen eye for detail. This role is crucial for our logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Utilize proper techniques for stacking and palletizing goods to maximize space.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety and operational policies.
• Engage in team discussions to improve methods of stacking and organization.
• Manage product returns efficiently, ensuring they are restocked or disposed of as necessary.
• Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Help train and mentor new team members in stacking and inventory procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma preferred

Experience

• Experience in a similar warehousing or stacking role is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Forklift License

Languages
