Job Description

Join our team as a Cloth Winding Supervisor, where you will oversee the winding process in our cutting-edge textile manufacturing facility. This key position requires strong team leadership skills, as you will manage production schedules, maintain quality standards, and mentor cloth winders to achieve optimal performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the cloth winding team.
  • Manage production targets and quality controls.
  • Perform routine checks on machinery to ensure optimal operation.
  • Facilitate team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
  • Administrative tasks including report preparation and supply chain coordination.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
  • Liaise with quality control to address any product discrepancies.
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain documentation related to production processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational or technical training in textile manufacturing or related field
Experience
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
