Job Description

As a Detective or Criminal Investigator, you will be vital in upholding the law and ensuring public safety. Your role will involve executing federal arrest warrants, apprehending fugitives, and conducting thorough investigations. You’ll be gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and providing courtroom security. This position requires someone who is physically fit, has exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations and gather pertinent evidence
• Apprehend fugitives and serve legal documents
• Provide security for witness protection programs
• Conduct surveillance activities to monitor suspects
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on findings
• Collaborate with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies
• Testify in court to support cases and provide evidence
• Conduct interviews and interrogations with suspects and witnesses
• Use advanced crime-fighting technology to assist investigations.
• Assist in training and mentoring new investigators

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Forensic Science, or related field
• Master's degree in Social Sciences is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investigative roles within law enforcement
