Job Description

We are actively seeking a Bulk Plant Supervisor to oversee operations at our facility. The successful candidate will manage a team of operators, ensuring the safe and efficient running of the plant while adhering to strict safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the bulk plant and enforce safety protocols.
• Monitor product quality and coordinate with suppliers for inventory management.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide ongoing feedback.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead safety training and staff meetings to foster teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in bulk plant operations and supervision
