Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pharmacist to join our team in Mount Gambier. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring safe and effective medication use for our patients. You will work closely with healthcare providers to manage prescriptions, provide patient counselling, and monitor drug therapy outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense prescription medications accurately.
• Conduct patient consultations and medication therapy management.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Implement and monitor clinical pharmacy programs.
• Actively engage in continuing education and professional development.
• Ensure pharmacy compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Master’s degree in Pharmacy or relevant area is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical experience

Languages

• English: Fluent
