We are in search of a passionate E-commerce Specialist to join our Adelaide team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and driving sales through strategic digital marketing initiatives, SEO optimisation, and managing product listings. The ideal candidate will be driven by data, with a flair for creativity and a keen understanding of consumer behaviour in the online marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital marketing initiatives to improve customer acquisition.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
• Analyse sales data to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Work with vendors and partners to optimise product offerings.
• Create and manage social media campaigns to drive traffic.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
• Ensure website content stays up-to-date and relevant.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align e-commerce goals.
• Train and mentor junior team members on e-commerce best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
