We are currently seeking experienced Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to adeptly operate welt slasher machines in the textile industry, ensuring accuracy and quality in production. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain advanced welt slasher equipment.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of fabric outputs.
• Regularly clean and perform maintenance on machinery.
• Work closely with other operators to enhance production efficiency.
• Report any mechanical failures promptly to the team leader.
• Train new operators in machine operation and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Formal training in Textile Production or equivalent experience

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in similar roles within the textile industry.

Advantageous

• Experience with different fabric types: Familiarity with handling various textile materials.
