Job Description

As a Helper--Production Worker, you'll be involved in the meticulous process of tying and binding neckties to meet our high standards. This role is crucial to our operations and requires someone who enjoys working in a team environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and sew fabric for neckties.
• Help maintain production equipment and report any issues.
• Follow detailed instructions to meet quality standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production schedules.
• Assist in training new production workers.
• Operate various tools including sewing machines and cutting tools.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in textiles or manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing role preferred

Languages
