Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Townsville. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing resources, and liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Identify project requirements and define scope and objectives.
• Monitor and report on project progress, schedules, and budgets.
• Engage with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Develop training materials and provide guidance to project teams.
• Ensure adherence to project standards and quality assurance protocols.
• Support project teams with problem-solving and decision-making.
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify lessons learned for future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Risk Management

Certifications

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
