Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer to drive our projects in Geelong. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems and solutions that meet rigorous industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead design reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Coordinate project efforts with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Participate in cost estimation and budgeting for engineering projects.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve engineering challenges.
• Document and present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and development

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Thermodynamics
• Mechanical Systems Design

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Leadership

Certifications

• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
