We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities
Conduct preventative maintenance on industrial machinery.
Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
Utilise hand tools and machinery to undertake repairs.
Participate in project planning for equipment upgrades.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Monitor machinery performance and suggest improvements.
Assist in the installation of new machines and equipment.
Maintain inventory of spare parts used for repairs.
Document all repairs and maintenance work comprehensively.
Requirements
Education
Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade
Diploma in Engineering or related field is advantageous
Experience
5+ years of experience in machine maintenance and repair
