Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventative maintenance on industrial machinery.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Utilise hand tools and machinery to undertake repairs.
  • Participate in project planning for equipment upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Monitor machinery performance and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in the installation of new machines and equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts used for repairs.
  • Document all repairs and maintenance work comprehensively.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade
  • Diploma in Engineering or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in machine maintenance and repair
