Responsibilities

• Design complex patterns based on client specifications and project requirements.
• Create prototypes and perform tests on new designs to ensure functionality and quality.
• Document all production processes and improvements for future reference.
• Lead projects aimed at reducing waste and maximizing resource efficiency.
• Adapt to rapidly changing production demands and priorities.
• Ensure the work area is maintained to a high standard of safety and cleanliness.
• Engage in continuous learning to remain updated on industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in CAD Software is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in designing specialized pattern wheels is advantageous.
