Job Description

We are in search of an experienced Mica Layer Technician to join our dedicated team. This role will primarily involve applying mica to various surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish to create protective barriers critical in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate mica layering machinery efficiently to meet production targets.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments to ensure quality output.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure materials are available for production.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Support cross-training efforts to enhance team flexibility and productivity.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
