Job Description

Join our team as a Ware Dresser, where you will be responsible for preparing and packing finished products for shipment while maintaining an organized and clean work environment. We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented and can work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Organize and pack finished goods for shipping in a timely manner.
• Conduct quality checks on products before packing.
• Ensure effective packaging to minimize transit damage.
• Label products correctly and ensure documentation is prepared.
• Maintain a clean, efficient workspace.
• Engage in stock management and inventory checks.
• Uphold safety standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address operational challenges.
• Assist with additional tasks as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

• Prior experience in a warehousing or distribution environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Experience with WMS

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Flexibility

Certifications

• Forklift operator certification preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in inventory management systems: Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Experience in high-volume dispatch environments: Ability to work effectively in busy warehousing situations.
