Job Description

As the Corporate Finance Manager, you'll drive financial performance and strategy for our Newcastle location. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting initiatives, ensuring compliance while identifying opportunities for financial improvement. Collaborate with various departments to align financial strategies across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Direct financial audits, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards.
  • Oversee cash flow management and liquidity planning.
  • Act as a primary contact for external auditors and tax consultants.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial partners and stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvements within financial processes.
  • Lead financial training and development initiatives for staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in finance with managerial responsibilities
