Job Description

We are seeking skilled Woodworking Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. You will play a key role in ensuring the operation and maintenance of woodworking machines, producing high-quality wood products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the setup, calibration, and operation of CNC machines.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Document and maintain production and maintenance logs.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished products.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Trade Certificate in Carpentry is an advantage

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in woodworking or a similar position

Technical Skills

• Wood Finishing Techniques
• Sanding and Polishing

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Adaptability

Certifications

• OHS White Card
• Safety in Woodworking Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in using CAD software.: Ability to utilize CAD software for design and planning.
• Familiarity with industry regulations.: Knowledge of safety regulations in the woodworking industry.
