Job Description

We are currently seeking a Safety Deposit Supervisor to oversee safety deposit operations, ensuring the utmost security of client valuables. This role combines leadership and management of staff to maintain high service standards in our financial institution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the safety deposit facility, ensuring it runs smoothly.
  • Train staff on customer service best practices while handling sensitive client information.
  • Conduct inspections of safety deposit box areas to ensure adherence to security measures.
  • Respond promptly to client issues or concerns regarding their safety deposit boxes.
  • Assist in the development of security protocols to protect client valuables.
  • Compile reports on safety deposit operations for management review.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance safety deposit services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
  • Advanced studies in Security Management preferred
Experience
  • 5 years experience in a supervisory position within a financial institution.
