Responsibilities
Monitor help desk software to manage and resolve support tickets effectively.
Participate in IT projects and implement new services and technologies.
Create detailed reports of support activities and system performance.
Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Implement solutions to recurring problems and improve IT processes.
Support remote users and systems with connectivity issues.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
IT-related certifications are a plus
Experience
2-4 years of experience in a technical support role
