Job Description

As a Retail Loss Prevention Specialist, you will be the first line of defence in safeguarding our assets. Your responsibilities will include monitoring customer access, conducting screenings, and collaborating with security personnel to mitigate risks and address incidents promptly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and employees upon entry to the premises.
• Monitor access points and enforce established security protocols.
• Conduct thorough bag checks and screenings when required.
• Assist with crowd management during busy periods.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times.
• Handle and escalate any security breaches or suspicious activities.
• Provide accurate directions and information to visitors.
• Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and lockdown procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Security License or Certificate

Experience

• Prior experience in retail security or loss prevention is highly regarded.

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR certification

Languages
