• Conduct thorough inspections of finished floors for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with other contractors to ensure seamless project completion.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and executing client specifications.
• Develop a keen eye for detail to ensure each project meets the highest standards.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge in floor finishing.
