As a Crane Hooker with ABC Construction, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials on construction sites. Your primary responsibilities will include attaching and detaching loads, signaling crane operators, and maintaining rigging equipment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of rigging techniques, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for attaching and detaching various loads using crane hooks.
• Ensure precise signaling to crane operators for safe operations.
• Conduct thorough inspections of rigging gear and safety devices.
• Collaborate closely with team members to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety.
• Report on any issues with equipment or safety concerns.
• Perform checks on load stability to prevent accidents.
• Follow loading and unloading procedures as per the project requirements.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
