Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of bleaching and dyeing machines, ensuring compliance with production goals.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery as needed.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Ensure that all work meets established health and safety guidelines.
• Document production metrics and report anomalies to the management team.
• Assist in the packaging of finished products for shipment.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in textile processing or machinery operation are advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in textile manufacturing operations

Technical Skills

• Dyeing machinery operation
• Quality control practices

• Effective communication
• Organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with textile quality assurance: Prior experience in ensuring compliance with quality standards in textile products.
