Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Printer Technician to join our Service & Support team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing printers at client locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair various printer brands.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning and maintained appropriately.
• Educate clients on the effective use of printing equipment.
• Perform diagnostic tests and provide solutions for complex issues.
• Generate service activity reports and maintain records.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in printing technology.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Information Technology or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
