• Efficiently operate logging equipment for tree extraction.
• Train and mentor junior team members on machinery handling.
• Conduct daily equipment checks to ensure operational readiness.

• Manage tasks to meet production goals and timelines.
• Record maintenance and operational data diligently.
• Be proactive in identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in emergency response if accidents occur.
• Take part in team meetings and share insights on improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in forestry or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience operating logging machinery

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of various forestry machinery types
• Proficiency in GPS systems

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Heavy equipment operator certification
• Chainsaw certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
