We are seeking a skilled Locksmith Technician to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining locks and security systems, as well as providing expert advice to clients on security solutions. This role involves managing various tasks, from emergency lockout responses to routine services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs to provide tailored locksmith services.
• Collaborate with the technical team to rectify any system faults.
• Perform troubleshooting tasks and resolve security concerns swiftly.
• Engage in community outreach to enhance service visibility and brand credibility.
• Participate in ongoing skills training to advance locksmithing expertise.
• Document all jobs completed, including the parts used and hours spent on each task.
• Assist with marketing efforts to promote locksmith services effectively.
• Network within the industry to build beneficial relationships.
• Support junior locksmith trainees to enhance their skill sets.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification or certification in locksmithing.
• Additional security-related certifications are advantageous.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in the locksmith industry.
