Job Description

As an Automotive and Watercraft Service Attendant, you will provide exceptional service at our busy service station in Sydney. Your role involves refueling vehicles, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring the station runs smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with queries and ensure prompt service delivery.
• Check oil levels and fluids in vehicles as required.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the service station area.
• Assist with inventory checks and supply orders.
• Maintain accurate logs of sales and service records.
• Work with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Educate customers about services offered at the station.
• Help in training new attendants as necessary.
• Fulfill any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• POS systems proficiency
• Fuel dispensing equipment operation

Soft Skills

• Multitasking
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• First aid certification: Certification will be a plus for handling emergencies.
• Experience with cash handling: Prior experience in cash handling will be advantageous.
