Responsibilities

• Guide outdoor activities with a strong emphasis on client safety and respect for wildlife.
• Assist in planning, promoting, and executing community and corporate outdoor events.
• Foster a culture of safety, respect, and cooperation among clients and peers.
• Support administrative tasks related to booking and scheduling outdoor activities.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on equipment performance and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in Environmental Science or Recreation Management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in leading outdoor recreational programs
