Join us as a Wallpaper Hanger Helper, where you will play a crucial role in supporting skilled wallpaper hangers with their projects. Your responsibilities will include preparing walls, assisting with the hanging process, and ensuring a tidy work environment. Being detail-oriented and physically fit is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Remove existing wallpaper and prepare surfaces for new installations.
• Assist in applying wallpaper adhesives and ensuring even coverage.
• Measure walls accurately and cut wallpaper to fit.
• Help hang wallpaper, ensuring it is aligned correctly.
• Trim edges and ensure a clean finish free from air pockets.
• Keep the workspace tidy and manage waste disposal.
• Assist in tool maintenance and cleaning.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times on-site.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
• Support the installation team with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in assisting with wallpaper hanging or other trade roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
