Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Facility Maintenance Supervisor responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians. This role involves developing maintenance programs, planning schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of facility management and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and staff members.
• Create and enforce a comprehensive preventive maintenance programme.
• Schedule and prioritise maintenance activities across facilities.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors for larger repair and renovation projects.
• Keep records of maintenance work and generate performance reports.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets and costs.
• Facilitate staff training and development.
• Act as the primary contact for maintenance-related inquiries.
• Work closely with the Facility Manager to align maintenance objectives.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Facility Management highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance management.
