Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Textile Cutting Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender who will be responsible for cutting carpets and other flooring materials with precision. This role requires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate textile cutting machines.
• Review production schedules to prioritize cutting tasks.
• Examine cutting tools for wear and report any maintenance needs.
• Implement best practices in cutting techniques to enhance efficiency.
• Support the loading and unloading of materials as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of production runs.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant experience in machine operation is a plus.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
