We are seeking a proactive Agent to manage and promote artists and athletes. The successful candidate will represent talents, negotiate contracts, and foster relationships within the industry to ensure optimal opportunities for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing strategic development plans for clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to boost client visibility.
• Monitor and report on client performance metrics.
• Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled and maintained.
• Conduct regular check-ins to discuss career developments with clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Arts Management or Business Administration
• An MBA is preferred but not essential.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in entertainment or talent agencies.
