Job Description

The Automotive Estimatics Inspector (Auto Estimatics Inspector) will play a key role in assessing damages and estimating repair costs for vehicles involved in accidents. This position requires close collaboration with insurance companies and automotive repair shops to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the claims process.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for damages and estimate repair costs comprehensively.
• Interface with insurance companies to gather all necessary information.
• Work collaboratively with Claims Assessors and Advisors to expedite claims processing.
• Deliver reports on vehicle assessments to management and other relevant departments.
• Stay informed about changes in automotive technology and repair methods.
• Assess the quality of repairs completed by service providers.
• Provide recommendations for potential improvements in workflows related to estimating and claims.
• Engage in training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Support team initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Automotive Estimation or a related field preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in automotive repair and estimation or a similar role.
