Job Description

The Slot Shift Manager will oversee the operation of slot machines in a casino and ensure the smooth running of the gaming floor during their shift. The successful candidate will manage a team of slot attendants, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of slot attendants, providing training and support.
• Evaluate the operational needs of the gaming floor and slot area.
• Implement strategies to improve slot machine efficiency and customer engagement.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed during gaming operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of gaming equipment and facilities.
• Engage with customers to enhance their gaming experience and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional events.
• Participate in financial audits and assist in budget preparations.
• Report any irregular activities to management and take necessary actions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Further education in hospitality or management is advantageous.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the gaming or hospitality industry.
