Job Description

As a Floorperson at XYZ Facilities Management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of various workplace environments. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. You will ensure that floors are clean, safe, and hazard-free, supporting the overall functionality of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of floors and cleaning equipment.
• Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and workplace cleanliness.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless operation.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a relevant vocational training is a plus.
• Experience in facilities management is preferred.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a cleaning or maintenance role.

Languages

• English: Fluent
